How long does shipping take? Our standard shipping times are 3-7 business days, plus 1 business day for order processing. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. No matter where you are, we can deliver our products to your doorstep.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated 7 business days, please contact our customer support team at asfalesinfo@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the official tracking information states that delivery was successful. If your tracking information states that your package was successfully delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact us and we will report it to your respective shipping carrier.

DOES DUTY TAX APPLY?

In most cases duty tax does not apply if the total order cost is small. Note that it is the customers responsibility to check with local customs and to pay duty tax if it applies.
